Day 6

I had not lived here very long when Tammy invited me to join her bible study group..I did not do the lessons because they were hard..and I felt intimated by my lack of knowledge..don't worry I got over that...and now talk out of turn..often..

The question was what was your favorite religious Christmas song..I, of course, did not have an answer because I had not even looked over the lesson that week ...Everyone gave their answer..filled with such thought and some songs I had never heard of...I just threw a song out there because I was on the spot..and all that would come to my mind was "We Three Kings". Now, I love that song..but, I had talked to my dad earlier and he told me the 'we three kings' joke...again..and it was still fresh on my mind..

Valerie made a surprise CD with all of our favorite songs on it..Bible Study Favorite Christmas tunes..I put in my car one day..that was the first time I ever heard this song..It touched something so deep inside me..I, seriously, had to pull over because I could not see through my tears..It is such a beautiful rendition of Mary..of what Mary felt..what she thought..and how strong she was...

Hope you enjoy it as much as I do..

Now you know why Breath of Heaven is my FAVORITE Christmas song. It's # on my current playlist. Even the kids fall silent when it comes on the radio, b/c they know Mommy will sing every word, and cry like a baby when it's over.

Yes, Breath of Heaven is my all time favorite Christmas song. Just ask Katie who I made listen to the song in the parking lot at church one day because I love it so much, I always want to share it with others.

And the truth comes out about why we three kings is on our cd. HA! You're so funny, Susan.
