He shoot, he scores!

Today was Logan's first basketball game...we were all worried. We all know Logan's background with team sports..Shane has told everyone the "Dad, I am not going to answer to Logan when I play soccer, call me #1" story..So, we were not expecting much this first game. But, boy is it nice to be surprised. Logan ran down the court..the whole game. Remember the days when he would watch the game HE was playing..and then remember HE was playing.. Not today...He rebounded, he dribbled, he played offense, defense, and even scored..He got a blue star at the end of the game...for best offense..

Emily, Mary Grace, Claire, Jordan (Emily's friend) and me...whooped and hollered for him.
We were his group of fans, cheering him on. He has gone to so many games where he cheered for someone and today he was the one being cheered for..and he loved it.

Boys always ask Logan if wishes he had a brother, I think today he was proud to have his sisters..After the game they greeted him like he was a hero..hugging him, telling him how awesome he was..3 cute little girls attacking their big brother with love..You know what, I think some of those boys wished they had a sister too...
