San Antonio

We just came back from a great mini break in San Antonio...It was so great that I will fill you in on every detail..because I know you are dying to hear it all...kidding..I will give you the highlights..

We went to Sea World on Wednesday and Friday all day..I love Sea World. I love the shows, I love the kids laughing, and I love being together as a family..okay there were a few moments but, overall it was great..


This was Logan's favorite part of the trip.Logan loves roller coasters..He rode this one, "The Great White" twice. Once with Shane and once with me..I think my stomach is still on one of the loops.

This was Emily favorite part of the trip..
Emily and I are standing waiting for Shane and the crew to catch up. This Sea World worker walks up to us and asks if we are lost and need help. I replied with some quick response. He then looks at Emily and says " Would you like to help the trainers out with the Believe Show ( Shamu's show) " Talk about being in the right place at the right time.. So, in the middle of the show. One of the trainers comes up in the stands and walks her on stage where they introduce her, and ask her what was her dream...She then introduced Shamu, and got to watch the rest of the show on the stage with the trainers. Mary Grace's favorite part of the trip..


Mary Grace has always loved birds..so she was so thrilled with being able to feed the birds..they would land on your arms and eat necture from your cup. Well, this little bird decided to hang out in her hair..who cares about food when you can build a nest..

Claire's favorite part of the trip..
We went to see downtown San Antonio on Saturday, Shane and I have always love carriage rides. You hear such colorful history from the locals..and it so much fun. Well Claire thought she was a princess..She thought this was the best thing..ever. She would look at her reflection in buildings, and would wave at people on the street..

This was our only big hiccup on the trip..Emily had a 24 hour stomach bug..she was sick all dayon Thursday..
